If this sounds familiar
You don't need more motivation. You need a system.
Where you are
- You know you're capable of more, and it's frustrating that it isn't showing.
- You start strong, then stop. Then start again. Then stop.
- A setback knocked you further back than it should have, and you haven't fully got up since.
- You've read the books and watched the videos. The feeling lasts a day.
- You're tired of drifting, delaying and second-guessing yourself.
What changes
- Discipline can be rebuilt, one kept promise at a time.
- Confidence comes back when you earn it through action, not affirmations.
- Setbacks become data you use rather than a story you live in.
- Your days follow a standard you set, not whatever mood you woke up in.
- You move forward on bad weeks as well as good ones.
The operating system
The seven principles to success
Each one is simple to say and hard to live. Together they give you a way to act on the days you don't feel like it, which is the only kind of day that counts.
-
Create order first
Momentum starts with one completed commitment. Order in small things builds the discipline for big ones.
In practiceMake the bed. Name the one task that matters today. Finish it before anything else gets your attention.
-
Endure without self-pity
Hardship is real. Treat it as something that happened, not as who you are.
In practiceWhen you catch yourself replaying why it's unfair, ask one question instead: what can I do about it this week?
-
Get up and move forward
You will be knocked down. The skill is getting back up quickly and taking the next step while it still hurts.
In practiceAfter any setback, take one concrete action within 48 hours. Small is fine. Late is fine. Nothing isn't.
-
Treat triumph and disaster alike
Don't let a good result make you careless or a bad one make you quit. Your standard stays the same either way.
In practiceLog what happened and what you did next. Judge yourself on the second line, never the first.
-
Adapt relentlessly
Persistence without learning is just repetition. Follow the evidence and change the plan when it tells you to.
In practiceWhen something keeps failing, change one variable and measure again, rather than simply trying harder.
-
Focus on the future you're building
Attention is your scarcest resource. Point it deliberately at what you're building, not at what went wrong.
In practiceWrite your 12-month target in one sentence. Protect the first hour of your day for it.
-
Think critically, act fairly
Question where information comes from. Understand the other side before you judge it. Hold yourself to the standard you expect from others.
In practiceBefore reacting to something that angers you, find the original source and state the other side's best argument.
These principles come from a lifetime of getting back up, from lessons Craig learned from his father, a Royal Navy chief petty officer, and from lines that have stuck with him for decades, including Rudyard Kipling's If— ("meet with Triumph and Disaster, and treat those two impostors just the same").
Why listen to Craig
He has been knocked down more times than most. He keeps getting up.
Craig McIntosh grew up with a Royal Navy chief petty officer for a father. The first lessons were simple: make your bed, and question where your information comes from. He paid his way through university driving a taxi, sometimes working and studying 19 hours a day, and earned three qualifications over twenty years.
Along the way he worked as a bodyguard and was stabbed and bottled. He built a property business in Bulgaria in an environment where corruption was part of the landscape. He survived a heart attack and four brain injuries, and fought his way back from serious weight and health struggles. Each time, the method was the same: one more round.
"It doesn't matter how many times you get knocked down. You get up one more time, and you move forward."

This is a new programme, so there are no glossy testimonials here yet, and we won't invent any. The first group gets founding-member pricing and close access to Craig, in return for honest feedback. Their results will go on this page, good or bad.

Questions
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching and education: practical principles and daily actions. It isn't a substitute for medical or mental-health care. If you're dealing with depression, trauma or anything that makes daily life hard to cope with, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional first. You can do both.
Is it only for business owners?
No. Founders and professionals get a lot from it, but the principles apply to anyone who has lost momentum: after redundancy, illness, a failed venture, a breakup, or simply years of drifting.
What if I've failed many times before?
Then you're exactly who this is for. The whole method assumes you will get knocked down again. It gives you a way to get up faster each time, rather than expecting you to never fall.
What if I struggle with confidence or discipline?
Most people who come to this do. You don't need either to start. We rebuild discipline from the smallest possible commitment, and confidence follows the evidence of what you've actually done.
Do I need to attend live?
Live is better, because you can ask questions. But everyone who registers for the masterclass gets the replay, and every programme session is recorded.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. The masterclass is free. The 7-week programme has a clear refund policy, set out on the refunds page before you pay.
